“Joined” means the learner completed CohortAI registration and the required enrollment payment was accepted in BharatCampus ONE no later than 11:59 PM IST on 31 August 2026.

These terms apply to the limited CohortAI Labs enrollment window ending 31 August 2026. They explain who can qualify, when the academic condition is assessed, and how the written award is confirmed.

Eligibility at a glance
This is a performance-linked scholarship, not an automatic fee reduction for every registration.

Limited availability
Availability is limited to the first 50 confirmed eligible enrollments across participating CohortAI Labs courses. Order is determined by the recorded enrollment-confirmation timestamp.
Academic condition
The learner must score at least 70% in the official final evaluation and satisfy the published completion requirements for the enrolled course. The result recorded under the assessment policy issued at enrollment is used.
Value and form
The scholarship may be up to 15% of the published program fee. The exact percentage and whether it is applied as a fee adjustment, credit, or another stated benefit will appear in the learner’s written enrollment offer before payment.
When it is earned
Registration within the offer window reserves eligibility only; the benefit is earned after the official final result confirms the academic condition. It is personal to the learner and cannot be transferred.
Offer protection
CohortAI Labs may close new scholarship applications once the first 50 confirmed enrollments are reached. A scholarship already stated in a learner’s written enrollment offer remains governed by that offer and these terms.
